Window Graphics, Decals or Clings – Which one is best for you?

Window graphics, decals, and clings are a cost-effective way to attract attention to your business and create impulse sales. Most are quick and easy to install and will last a long time with proper care.

You can print your full-color imagery on both sides of your graphic or decal so that whether they are coming or going, potential customers will see your message. If choosing one side, you can decide whether you want your graphic facing inwards or outwards. This is determined by which side of the glass the viewer will see the window graphic. Window graphics/decals can be positioned on the inside or outside of a store window. Window graphics are made with a low-tack adhesive and stand up to weather conditions and can last up to three years outdoors. However, static window clings are more easily re-positionable, and more forgiving with imperfect surfaces.

Static cling graphics or “clings” are intended to be mounted on the inside of a window and therefore are not recommended for outside applications. By applying inside, you are putting a layer of glass between the viewer and the window graphic. Cling graphics can be clear and see-through or can be one-way vision to allow light but provide privacy. One way vision film, or perforated window decals, are a great way to promote or advertise while still allowing window light to penetrate the graphic. You can advertise your brand or message and still see out your window from the inside.
